In 2016, we took a significant step towards realizing this vision by acquiring the Haining Care Home in Maddiston from administration. With meticulous planning and dedication, we have earned the highest possible Grade 6 rating – “Excellent, Outstanding, and Sector Leading” – from the Care Inspectorate, a testament to our commitment to excellence.
In February 2017, we embraced a new challenge, transforming a disused and derelict former pub premises into the vibrant Ion Enablement Centre. After an extensive refurbishment, we proudly opened our doors in February 2018. Today, the Ion Enablement Centre stands as a beacon of hope, providing life-enriching services to 30 adults per day. Recognized by Falkirk council as a “benchmark” service for others to aspire to, we continually strive to set new standards in care provision.
Our dedication to excellence didn’t go unnoticed, and in September 2017, we commenced providing Care at Home services to Falkirk council. In April 2018, we were honoured to be awarded a place on the framework for delivering services, a milestone that solidified our position as the largest care provider in the Falkirk area. The trust bestowed upon us led to another remarkable achievement – a Grade 6 rating for Leadership and Management, once again recognized as “Excellent, Outstanding, and Sector Leading.”
As we grew, so did the demand for our services. In January 2019, we expanded our reach to West Lothian and South Lanarkshire, extending our caring touch to more individuals in need. Our commitment to being a Sector Leading organization remains steadfast, and we embrace each opportunity to make a positive difference in the lives of those we serve.
